Personal advice
We go through items, colours, print areas, quantities and your deadline with you, and you get answers from the people who actually work on your order. For bigger projects, such as your own shop, we set up a video call.
Free design proposals
Tell us what you have in mind or send a sketch. We create free design proposals and show them to you as a mockup on the real product. Nothing is binding until you approve.
Your own ordering portal
After your first order we can set up your own ordering portal. Your approved designs are stored there and you can reorder any time, even single items. Free for existing customers.
Shop system for teams and clubs
Want to sell apparel to members, players or fans? After a personal consultation we build your own online shop, for example for an esports team, and run it for you. Scope and cost are agreed individually.

Send us your logo or idea, the item and a rough quantity via the form, WhatsApp or email. We answer any questions personally.

You get design proposals as a mockup on the real product and a binding quote. Both are free.

Once you approve, the order goes to our production partner, who ships directly to you, worldwide.

The terms.
- Order from 1 piece, no minimum. Sizes and colours of one item count together for volume pricing.
- Volume prices from 1, 6, 30 and 100 pieces. The unit price includes one print area and shipping within Germany. Additional print areas cost a surcharge.
- Worldwide delivery. For countries outside Germany, shipping, customs duties and import taxes are included in your quote, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Personal advice via WhatsApp, email or video call, in English or German.
- Free design proposals: tell us what you have in mind and we show you the design as a mockup. Nothing is binding until you approve.
- After your first order, your own ordering portal for reorders on request, free for existing customers.
- Reply with mockup and price within 48 hours.
- Production and delivery after approval usually take 14–17 days within Germany; for other countries the delivery time is stated in your quote.
- Small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG): no VAT is charged. Prices shown are non-binding guide prices; the price in the quote is binding.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you issue an invoice to the company?
Yes. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. The price stated is the final price.
Is embroidery possible?
Yes, on the RT0063 T-shirt. The hoodie and sweatshirt are printed with transfer or direct-to-garment printing.
Can new staff get single pieces later?
Yes. There is no minimum order; reorders from 1 piece are possible.
Will we see what it looks like first?
Yes. Before production you get a free digital mockup. The order only becomes binding once you approve it.
